PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A teenager is suing TriMet and security guard Steven Hollinghurst for battery and negligence stemming from an incident last August outside the Gresham Transit Center.
According to the lawsuit, Hollinghurst had no justification or reason to pepper spray Noah Sumpter and his group of friends.
