The victim of a targeted Portland shooting was a 27-year-old Gresham man.
Kylan P. Talbert was shot and killed Friday morning, Nov. 21, in the Hollywood Neighborhood. The incident left another victim with non-life-threatening injuries. His family has been notified of his death. They are asking for privacy.
The suspect was arrested a day after the shooting. Daniel A. Snegirev, 39, was found in a hotel in Tigard. He was taken into custody by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Negotiations team.
