PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A 1992 cold case has now been tied to infamous Oregon serial killer Cesar Barone, officials announced on Tuesday.
According to the Washington County District Attorney’s Office, new forensic evidence has connected the murder of Elizabeth Wasson to Barone.
