Years of rumors, anticipation and cravings for double-doubles appear to be nearing an end in Hillsboro.
As of February, all construction permits have been issued and work is well underway on a new In-N-Out Burger at 11170 N.E. Evergreen Parkway in the Tanasbourne Town Center.
