PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The first taste of winter weather arrives in Portland this week as a KOIN 6 Weather Alert goes into place Monday night and lasts through Friday morning.
The threat of brief and light snow showers returns to the lower elevations of the greater Portland-Vancouver area. Scattered snow showers return to many Willamette Valley communities as early as Monday night.
