PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Two people were detained by police after a shooting left one man injured in Southeast Portland on Wednesday.
The incident happened just before 11:30 a.m. According to investigators, officers were first called out for a welfare check in the area of SE Foster Road and Interstate 205 after receiving a call of a bleeding man walking along the roadway.
