PORTLAND, Ore. — Winter weather is arriving to Portland, with a potential for snowfall in the metro area by early Thursday morning.
Although any snow that falls isn’t likely to stick in lower elevations, transportation departments like ODOT and PBOT have been getting ready, preparing their crews and equipment for any snow or ice that comes our way.
