PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Authorities have made an arrest after a fourth stalking and fondling incident at Portland Community College’s Southeast Portland campus.
Portland police say Abdiwahid Dahir Yusuf was taken into custody on Thursday afternoon.
The latest incident happened on Wednesday afternoon, when a woman reported getting off the bus on Southeast 82nd Avenue when Yusuf reportedly grabbed her and didn’t let go immediately, according to police. The woman also told police that on a different occasion, the man, later identified as Yusuf, approached her on campus and asked if she had a boyfriend.
