PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — It might still be winter, but if you’re dreaming of summer, mark your calendar for the upcoming Waterfront Blues Festival, which returns this upcoming Fourth of July holiday to Tom McCall Waterfront Park in downtown Portland.
The lineup for the festival, which takes place from July 2-4, features acts from five continents and six decades, breakout Tiny Desk stars, Americana local heroes, Texas legends and more.
