PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Portland woman is accusing a Multnomah County Detention Center deputy of grooming and sexually abusing her while she was incarcerated.
In a lawsuit filed in federal court Wednesday, a woman alleges that the deputy took advantage of her vulnerability to coerce her into performing sexual acts while she was detained, and the county failed to investigate reports related to his behavior.
