PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The closure of a lauded Northeast Portland watering hole has been confirmed.
Expatriate’s website now states, “We opened on July 11th 2013. We closed on February 8th 2026.” The update comes around a week after shutdown rumors circulated on social media. Owner and bartender Kyle Linden Webster did not respond to requests for comment.
