PORTLAND, Ore. — Someone was taken to the hospital early Saturday morning after a fight in a downtown Portland parking lot ended in gunfire, police officials said.
The shooting was reported at about 2:40 a.m. in a parking lot off Harvey Milk Street between 3rd and 4th avenues.
