Washington County, OR. — A four-story log house in unincorporated Washington County was destroyed by fire Saturday afternoon, displacing five residents but causing no reported injuries.
At 12:38 p.m., multiple 911 callers reported black smoke and flames coming from the 21900 block of Southwest Hillsboro Highway. As first-arriving crews approached, they observed a large column of dark smoke and upgraded the response to bring additional resources.
