PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Authorities responded to an explosion at a North Portland apartment on Sunday evening.
Just before 8:30 p.m., Portland Fire & Rescue said they were called to an apartment complex on North Interstate Avenue with reports saying that multiple windows had been blown out.
