PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The family of a Portland man police say was killed by gunfire is still searching for answers nearly three years later.
Portland police officers were called to the scene at SE Naegeli Drive in the Centennial neighborhood on the morning of April 30, 2023, and found 34-year-old Harry Latour Jr. deceased.
