MOSES LAKE — An AMBER Alert was issued Tuesday night for two missing and endangered girls who authorities say may be in Moses Lake or elsewhere in Washington state.
The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office announced Feb. 24 that eight-year-old Haizlee Wright and seven-year-old Brinzlee Wright are believed to be with their non-custodial mother, 37-year-old Ann Marie Quarles, in violation of a court order.
According to the sheriff’s office, a Multnomah County judge in December 2025 granted temporary custody of the girls to their father and ordered supervised parenting time for Quarles. On Feb. 13, a family member dropped the children off with Quarles for a visit, but she did not return them as expected…
