CLARK COUNTY, Wash. (KPTV) – A man has been arrested for murder after a woman was found dead in a forested area earlier this month, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
On Feb. 14, deputies and detectives responded to a report of a woman’s body found on state forest land near the DNR-1100 Road. Detectives determined the death was suspicious and an investigation began.
Two days later, a family member reported 34-year-old Tori Garza missing. She was last known to be staying at a home in the 9400 block of NW 17th Avenue in Vancouver and had not been heard from since Feb. 9…
