WOODLAND, Wash. (KATU) — On Feb. 14, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office began investigating the death of a 34-year-old woman found on forest land in east Clark County. Officials said deputies and detectives responded to a location near DNR-1100 Road.
The Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office and detectives determined the death was suspicious.
“On 2/16/26, a family member reported they had not heard from 34-year-old Tori Garza, who was last known to be staying at a residence in the 9400 block of Northwest 17th Avenue in Vancouver, Washington,” the Clark County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release. “Tori had not been heard from by associates since 2/9/26.”…
