PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Nearly five years after opening, a location across from Pioneer Square, CVS Pharmacy will close on March 5.
It may be another victim that has fallen into the struggling downtown economy that the Portland Police Bureau is trying to tackle through its Central Precinct Neighborhood Response Team.
