PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – After months of neighbors voicing concerns, an encampment in Southeast Portland has been shut down by police. During the sweep, more than 10 people were arrested, and PPB said fentanyl was found and recovered at the camp.
Tucked away near Southeast Woodstock and 102nd Avenue was a homeless camp that Portland police said was a problem for neighbors for months.
