Man arrested in Portland motel shooting that leaves victim with serious injuries

A man has been arrested and a gun recovered after a shooting at a Northeast Portland motel on Thursday sent another man to a hospital with life-threatening njuries, police said.

Pryce Lampkin, 40, of Portland, was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon, police said.

Authorities have not released the name or current condition of the victim…
