A man who believed he was waging a holy war against the all-seeing eyes of Portland’s automatic traffic enforcement system has been sentenced to two years in prison.
Chase P. Grijalva pleaded guilty Wednesday to first-degree criminal mischief and unlawful use of a weapon for the two-week-long shooting spree that destroyed 10 traffic cameras across the city in late May and early June 2024.
