PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man is facing charges including reckless endangerment after officials say he fired several shots from a semi-automatic rifle in a parking lot early Saturday morning.
Just after 3 a.m., Multnomah County Sheriff’s deputies on patrol in Maywood Park saw a vehicle pull into an empty parking lot near Northeast 102nd Avenue and Prescott Street.
A passenger got out of the car and deputies “heard multiple gunshots and saw muzzle flashes,” according to MCSO.
