On Thursday, March 5, 2026, investigators with the Portland Police Bureau’s Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit (NOC) received information about a wanted subject connected to an ongoing federal narcotics investigation who was traveling to the Portland area.
Investigators located the subject and made contact. The individual consented to a search of his property, during which investigators located the following: two firearms with multiple rounds of ammunition and magazines, two fake Rolex watches, 28 forged U.S. Treasury tax refund and VA compensation checks, 12 forged state identification cards bearing the subject’s photograph with different names and dates of birth, and $3,030 in forged U.S. currency.
