PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A man is in custody and charged with second-degree murder after a shooting in the Rock Creek neighborhood on Friday, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO).
Authorities were called to the scene of an apartment in the 19000 block of Northwest Mahama Way around 11 p.m. Friday night, after a man reported shooting someone.
Upon arrival, deputies found the shooting victim, identified as 35-year-old Kenmani Adkins. The WCSO says that despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene…
