PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A car flipped and caught fire after a crash in Hillsboro on Sunday night, officials said.
According to Hillsboro Fire & Rescue, responded after two vehicles crashed near SE Blanton Street and Salmonfly Drive.
