PORTLAND, Ore. — Portland could see one of its wettest weeks since the atmospheric rivers in December, which triggered devastating landslides and localized flooding. Mount Hood ski resorts could also see new snowfall.
The heaviest rain is expected to be Tuesday night through Friday. Up to 4 inches of rain could fall in Portland if storms track directly over the city. If the moisture shifts north, totals may be closer to 2 inches, KGW meteorologist Rod Hill said.
