VANCOUVER, Wash. (KPTV) – Clark County has granted a $7.5 million settlement to the widow of a Vancouver police officer who was shot and killed by a Clark County sheriff’s deputy.
The settlement was approved in a unanimous vote by the Clark County Council on Wednesday afternoon.
