GLADSTONE, Ore. — The Gladstone Police Department said a person who was filmed slashing tires in the area overnight has been identified, with charges pending.
Earlier Wednesday, the police department released videos on their Facebook page, showing a person slashing tires, asking the public to help identify them by calling the non-emergency line at 503-655-8211.
