A 56-year-old woman was arrested Wednesday evening in connection to a Tuesday fire at Elephants Delicatessen on Northwest 22nd Avenue in Portland.
Catherine E. Stough is lodged at the Multnomah County Detention Center on reckless burning and second-degree criminal mischief.
