PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — After finding a mouse in his infant child’s mouth, an Oregon man is suing his landlord.
In a lawsuit filed Feb. 17 in Multnomah County Circuit Court, Bryan Padilla alleges a rodent entered the apartment he rented with his family through a hole in the wall and ended up in his child’s mouth.
Padilla and his family moved into the apartment, located at 17899 NE Oregon St. in Portland, on Nov. 8, 2025, according to the complaint.
