Portland music festival plagued by questions says it’s postponing

Soundscape Northwest, the music festival that promised to bring a massive party to Southeast Portland this spring but appeared not to have pinned down key venues or required paperwork, says it’s postponing the event.

On Friday, Soundscape Northwest announced on Instagram that the festival would be moving from April to September.

“To deliver Soundscape NW on vision, we have decided with our stakeholders to postpone four months,” the post reads…
