PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Washington man who fled to Portland after being convicted for domestic violence charges was taken into custody late Saturday night, Vancouver police said.
Officials previously warned the public earlier that day that Brock Hamm was on the run after he failed to appear for his sentencing hearing.
