PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – A 71-year-old man is facing charges in connection to an injury shooting that happened in the Russell neighborhood on Friday afternoon, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
The shooting happened on March 13 at about 3 p.m. in the 14000 block of Northeast Eugene Court. A man was found with non-life-threatening injuries at the scene and taken to a hospital.
