PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Washington man who fled to Portland after being convicted for domestic violence charges was taken into custody late Saturday night, Vancouver police said.
Officials previously warned the public earlier that day that Brock Hamm was on the run after he failed to appear for his sentencing hearing.
He was ordered to wear a GPS ankle monitor as a condition of his pre-trial release, but managed to remove it before fleeing to Portland, VPD said…
