PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — The Portland Police Bureau arrested a suspected fentanyl dealer following community reports about a bottle recycling center.
Officers arrested a man they described as a suspected “street-level” fentanyl dealer after community members reported interactions between a man in a car and people approaching the car in a manner “consistent with drug sales” on Northeast 122nd Avenue and Northeast Glisan Street.
PPB officers launched an investigation and confirmed the suspect was dealing fentanyl in small foil packets, referred as “crumb-sized” amounts.
