Washougal man accused of homicide in overdose death

A Washougal man who’s suspected of selling fentanyl to a man who later died from an overdose made a first appearance March 11 in Clark County Superior Court.

Grant Lee Krout, 40, is facing allegations of controlled substance-homicide, possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver.
