PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A Portland man was arrested after sending chilling and threatening emails to an eviction lawyer, authorities said.
According to court documents, a Multnomah County judge granted a temporary stalking protective order against Samuel Kieren McKeon, 35, on March 11.
