PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The Historic Columbia River Highway has reopened after a landslide forced it to close suddenly on March 11.
The Oregon Department of Transportation announced the opening on Tuesday, allowing drivers to travel between Larch Mountain Road and Vista House for the first time since last week.
