PORTLAND, Ore. — More than a century after the Titanic sank, its story is still being told piece by piece.
“Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition” is a new exhibit opening March 21 at OMSI, bringing that history to Portland, featuring artifacts recovered from the wreck, along with immersive experiences designed to connect visitors to the ship and its passengers.
“What you see in this exhibition are fragments of the ship,” said Tomasina Ray, president of RMS Titanic, Inc. “They’re just pieces and the broken parts that we’ve been able to bring to the surface. And there is so much more to Titanic.”…
