PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Nearly 300 people are without power near Mt. Tabor after a car crashed near Mt. Tabor early Wednesday morning.
Portland police said that officers responded to the scene, where they found a crash that had damaged several power poles and was on fire.
Fire crews quickly put out the flames, and police said they learned that witnesses saw one or two people exit the vehicle and leave the scene…
