PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — More than 5,000 people were evacuated in Oahu due to the rising water levels at the Wahiawa Dam in Hawaii.
Though receding water levels were reported Friday evening and into Saturday morning, the relief for residents may be short-lived, since more rain is expected to be on the way.
