PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A man who killed his twin brother in Portland was sentenced to 12.5 years in prison on Friday, according to the Multnomah County DA’s Office.
Martre Oliver, 29, shot and killed his brother, Martese, in the lobby of the Howard Johnson motel near NE 82nd Avenue and Sandy Boulevard on Sept. 5, 2022.
