A premium sushi and steakhouse specializing in the Japanese culinary arts has opened its doors in the former Beaverton Cracker Barrel Old Country Store at Highway 217 and Canyon Road.
On March 9, Ajisai Sushi & Steak celebrated its grand opening at 4050 S.W. 114th Ave. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by community leaders including Mayor Lacey Beaty and representatives from the Beaverton Chamber of Commerce.
