Leaders of Adventist Health are suing the owners of Mall 205 over repeated flows of sewage they say have fouled the air at their Portland hospital, deterring patients and sending employees home sick.
The lawsuit accuses the owner of Mall 205, Rhino Investments Marketplace 205, on multiple occasions of allowing thousands of gallons of sewage to pool on the property next to Adventist Health Portland, a 302-bed hospital.
