TriMet Board Members are still taking comments on their eliminations of bus lines and cuts to frequency which will add to congestion, long wait times during a very hot Summer on the way which could kill and certainly make some riders violently ill (my friend puked on the bus after waiting over 20 minutes in a hot sun) , and it will ruin vision zero goals. The Masses in cars will increase if the TriMet board gets its way. Leave them an email or show up for one of their meetings against these proposals that are inline with Sean Duffy and the A-hole in the oval. Transit should not be viewed as a social program to be taken away. Public transit should be a social good for all of us to use and these proposal cuts to TriMet undermine that stance.
