‘I’m going to kill you’: Portland man arrested, accused of shooting victim at gas station

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Portland man has been charged in a shooting incident that occurred in February.

Police arrested 44-year-old Diondray Jerome Jackson on March 26 in the Argay Terrace neighborhood after a follow-up investigation led detectives to believe he was responsible for the crime.

The shooting took place at 9:55 a.m. Feb. 12 near Northeast 111th Avenue and Northeast Weidler Street. When police arrived, they found a man who had been shot in the foot, according to a press release.
