ICE looking to rent office space in Portland, Roseburg and dozens of other states

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — According to a request for information posted to a national government website on March 20, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is looking to rent office space in Portland and Roseburg for a year.

The information solicitation posted to the System for Award Management (SAM) asks for “flexible workspace (private offices and/or workstations) for assigned ICE personnel at approved coworking locations.”

The request does not guarantee that ICE will rent office space in those locations. Responses to the solicitation are due by the end of March. In addition to Roseburg and Portland, the request seeks office space in dozens of cities across more than 40 states and the District of Columbia…
