Hillsboro road rage suspect arrested after crashing through fence, killing dog

A reported road rage incident in Hillsboro on Thursday morning led to the arrest of two people after authorities say a vehicle crashed through a fence in a residential neighborhood and killed a dog.

Officers with the Hillsboro Police Department responded to a road rage confrontation near Northeast Cornell Road and 25th Avenue around 10:40 a.m., March 26, where a driver allegedly displayed a firearm and threatened another motorist.
