PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Northwest Portland restaurant is serving up Chinese tradition through their hand-pulled noodles, slow-simmered broths and delicious dumplings.
The owners of X Noodles & Dumplings on Northwest 13th Avenue in the Pearl district say the restaurant specializes in handcrafted La Mian noodles, which come from the Lanzhou area of Northwest China.
